No complaints whatsoever, the venue met needs well, do recommend it. The weather was warm sunny, had really nice stay for business trip.

Luggage room: when I put my luggage in the luggage room (after check out) I didn't get any piece of evidence that the bag is mine and the guests went in/out of the luggage room without any control of the staff. Anybody could came in and took some luggage. So, I would recommend to the hotel management to pay more attention to this part of the hotel service for saving and securing guests luggage.

Very good location. 30 meters from a subway entrance and, on foot, near the Central Station and Grand Place. Although we do not use them, it has a variety of services.

The room they gave us was very small. It has no closet, only a space in which to place a hand luggage, hang 4 shirts and 4 small shelves for the rest. The bathroom could do with some work. . It has a serious problem: the works in the adjacent building (we had them wall to wall). It didn't affect us as we had to travel during the weekend, leave early and come back late and, above all, because of the current state of the works (they are making the structure), but surely a stay in other circumstances will become unbearable. But they have the courtesy to leave some stoppers in the "night table" (actually it is a high stool), although only a couple of stoppers for a double room.

What we liked best was the location, it's perfect. You have everything at hand and nearby places to shop and eat (Carrefour Express, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Grill, etc). If you don't want to spend 29? of your breakfast, downstairs in the same corner of the hotel, there is a brunch with pancakes, toast and natural juices not too expensive and everything is great. Apart from that, centre is about 10 minutes walk away, North Station (with direct connection to Bruges, Ghent and Antwerp), bus stop and underground (Rogier stop) are just a short walk away. staff is very friendly, correct and polite (we met a very nice girl from Valencia who works there). room was a bit small but comfortable, clean and warm, they left us free water every day. It had a view of 10 (you could see the Atomium and Basilica of the Sacred Heart), I leave you a picture of the day we snowed (spectacular).

For saying something and for putting in some trouble, they didn't tell us they were working on the building next door. Kindly, we got into the room, they left us an apology notice and a box of earplugs. really wasn't a problem because at 9am we were already up and noise didn't start until 10am. It wasn't an exaggerated noise either.

Game and leisure facilities

It was a good hotel, nice rooms and friendly personel.

The hotel is big but it was very peaceful and quiet during our stay. Our room was small but there was just enough space. Hotel was very clean and staff friendly. The hotel is situated perfectly: it's close to the shopping street, not too far from the Grote Markt and other sights, it's very close to the northern station and by the metro line.

Normal price for the breakfast (€ 23) is way too much, I'm glad there was the weekend special (half price).

25 EURO deposit for mini-bar should be agreed before. These money were blocked on my card and are not returned so far. After the interbank comissions I expect to loose up to 5-10 EURO on this operation.

Amazing setting, approaching staff.

Healthy food, exceptional service and good view of the sunset. Luxury rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, luggage storage and electric outlets. Very very good breakfast with plenty of choices.

Very few bathroom items provided by hotel, no space for your own bathroom items, no space for your luggage (no luggage holder), no safe, no shelfes for clothes only hangers, no bathrobe, no slippers, no complimentary mineral water. My hotel room didn't look the same as on the web page, instead of specially requested king bed, I've got 2 beds near each other.
